Housing for internally displaced persons

The project is aimed at restoring the right to housing through preferential long-term lending to IDPs for the purchase of housing. In addition, investments in housing lending should lay the groundwork for the gradual recovery of housing construction and related sectors of the economy and economic activity of the population, as well as cement the path of Ukraine's development in terms of further approximation to EU standards. Creating conditions for providing housing for IDPs in Ukraine has a positive effect on the socio-economic development of the country, primarily by stimulating the return of citizens from abroad, increasing the employment of the country's population, and also providing tax revenues to the state and local budgets. Implementation of the Project helps people who were forced to leave their homes to get quality housing, raise their standard of living and integrate into new communities, which in turn contributes to the preservation of human potential within the country and helps to prevent the emigration of citizens abroad.
