• Align investments with Ukraine's prioritized sectors, such as transport, logistics, social infrastructure development, and energy sector modernization, to maximize impact and returns.
• Be ready to act proactively, be active with unsolicited proposals to the central government and municipalities.
• Don’t postpone market studies and project planning until the end of the war. Take a chance to do as much preparatory work as possible now to enable fast decision making once the rehabilitation projects start and while financing is available.
• Cooperate with your government and study the potential benefits of bilateral inter-governmental agreements.
• Collaborate with IFIs and overseas development organizations allocating funds for post-war recovery projects in Ukraine.
• Engage with entities such as the European Commission's Ukraine Facility, which is designed to mobilize up to €50 billion for Ukraine's recovery, reconstruction, and modernization efforts.
