Emergency Recovery Program (Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3)

The project contributes to the provision of urgent needs in restoration of local communities and the priority needs of beneficiaries (executors) at the state level through the supply of equipment/technique/goods in the above-mentioned areas.

The need to implement the project is caused by the varying degrees of destruction/damage to social and critical infrastructure facilities due to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. This causes a low level of citizens' access to transport, educational, communal and medical services. The program provides for the implementation of relevant sub-projects aimed at the rapid recovery, reconstruction and development of Ukraine's infrastructure.
