The rapid and sustainable reconstruction of the largest air transport gateway to the capital of Ukraine. Limitations are related to the risks caused by the war, namely - delays in financing, supplies, price increases, lack of qualified personnel, destruction of infrastructure. Aviation transport is one of the most important branches of the national economy, the effective functioning of which is a necessary condition for stabilization, structural transformations, development of the economy and conducting foreign trade activities, meeting the needs of the population and social production in transportation, ensuring the protection of the economic interests of Ukraine. Bringing the air transport infrastructure in line with international requirements is an important component of the state's strategy aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy.
