Arrangement of safe conditions in institutions providing general secondary education (arrangement of shelters)

Approximately 3,500 educational institutions were damaged, almost 400 were completely destroyed. The purpose of the financial program is to create safe conditions in institutions of general secondary education by equipping protective structures of civil protection. High-quality and safe shelters are the main prerequisite for returning children to full-time education.
