The reconstruction, renewal and minimization of the deterioration of the urban infrastructure of Ukraine in order to significantly improve the energy efficiency of the reconstructed objects, as well as to contribute to ensuring the energy security of Ukraine, reducing energy and water losses, improving solid household waste management services, district heating, city lighting, water supply (including hot and cold water supply, as well as water for drinking and other needs) and sewage, and in general to improve the safety and quality of services provided (including new construction, reconstruction, modernization and other types of works).
